Published on monday 19 october 2026 in 13:58
The Town of Temiscaming wishes to inform residents that the precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted.
Water quality tests have confirmed that tap water is safe to drink without boiling.
The advisory was issued as a precaution following a drop in water pressure.
Lifting a precautionary boil water advisory requires several water quality tests over a 72-hour period to confirm water quality. This process explains why it may take several days before an advisory can be lifted.
